The rates shown are for accommodation / apartment / day in Euros.

• Prices quoted are for single or double occupancy.
• For more than 2 guests in ‘Terrace’ we make a small extra charge of 2.50 euros / day for each extra guest.

• Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking.
• Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• Easy payment with your credit card via the internet using PayPal. (We will email you an invoice).

• In order to avoid confusion when making a booking, please telephone Jane Young on 0034 647 583 606 to check availability. We will hold your booking for 48 hours after sending our invoice to allow for receipt of your deposit. We will confirm your booking by email.

• Suitability: We have had visitors in their 80’s but if you have concerns about mobility and access please telephone us, 0034 647 583 606, to discuss potential problems. Wheelchair inaccessible. No guests under 18 years. Pets not allowed.

• Linen: Linen & towels are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

• A welcome pack of provisions for immediate needs is provided.

• Car hire essential.

• Check in / check out: The apartments cannot normally be occupied before 4pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Times may be flexible by arrangement. Please feel free to discuss with us.
